This site is designed to keep you informed of all of the latest developments in the e-HR programme at the College.

e-HR can be described simply as electronic HR services. It is about making the best use of technology. It helps remove paper based processes and promotes the automation of administrative tasks where possible. In the outside world, e-HR is like ordering a book from amazon.co.uk or ordering your tax disc online

About this programme

The e-HR programme has been divided into two projects, these are:

•  MyHR - A self-service web portal for all College staff
•  E-recruitment - An online recruitment system for all College departments

Projected benefits

We have the opportunity to streamline current processes, give employees and managers the ability to ‘own’ their own data and to promote efficiency across the College. Success will mean improvements to data quality, business intelligence and strategic decision-making.

Governance

The project is governed by an e-HR project board. This board includes a representative from each sector of the College.
