Equal Pay
Find out the College's plan to conduct an equal pay review in the near future, this follow the confirmation of the grading structure.
The grading structure has now been confirmed in Queen Mary's and in the very near future we will be conducting an equal pay review to ensure that our reward structure so far adheres to guidelines around equal pay for work of equal value.
