Equalities Impact Assessment
The College has a legal obligation to fulfil the requirement of equalities and anti-discrimination legislation. Equalities Impact Assessments (EIAs) are a tool for measuring how far we are meeting these obligations. EIAs allow us to understand the effects of the College’s policies, procedures and outcomes on its staff and students from different equalities groups, to report on the findings and mitigate any adverse impacts.
Provided below are the College’s EIA Form, accompanying Action Plan and Guidance. The document 'Further Information' outlines the EIA process and an 'Equalities Glossary' is provided as an additional resource.
