Exit questionnaire
Queen Mary recognises the importance of gaining understanding as to why employees leave the College. The use of exit questionnaires is a valuable tool to enable us to do this.
This questionnaire is designed to provide you with the opportunity to comment in confidence on your experiences within the workplace and to tell us what worked well and what didn’t.
The questionnaire consists of a number of tick boxes with additional space for further comments you may wish to make.
