Recruitment and Selection

Certification to recruit
It is College policy that all those participating in recruitment panels have demonstrated the appropriate knowledge and skills. This is usually done by attending the one day fair selection and recruitment course. Alternatively if you have received prior training in recruitment and selection and pass the online test, you need not attend the one day course.

PLEASE NOTE: the test is ONLY for new staff member who have been trained in a different organisation and want to certify acquire prior learning
