Reorganisation, redeployment and redundancy
The College aims to encourage an open, transparent and flexible approach to managing reorganisation and redundancy.
It is recognised that this requires effective consultation and communication and guidelines are set out in both the relevant Codes of Practice and Key Concepts documents.
