Welcome to Queen Mary, University of London.  It is one of the largest multi-faculty colleges of the University of London and in its own right is one of the UK’s leading research and teaching higher education institutions.  In 2008 Queen Mary was ranked overall 11^th in the RAE exercise, a truly outstanding achievement.

This year Queen Mary was short-listed by The Times Higher Education Supplement for a total of five different awards out of 130 institutions nationally, more than any other institution, including a nomination for ‘University of the Year’ Award.  Queen Mary won the 'Most Improved Student Experience Award', which was a pleasing recognition of the hard work that so many colleagues have put into this key area.
