Contribution Reward Scheme

The 2012 scheme is likely to be launched in May/June.
The Scheme has run since 2007 and enables the College to recognise and reward eligible staff and teams whose contribution is deemed to be over and above the normal expectations of their role.
To ensure the scheme is continually fit for purpose, it is reviewed on an annual basis and the 2012 scheme and is likely to be run along the same principles as last year.
